Job summary

High 5 Hospitality LLC is seeking a friendly server to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will greet guests, explain menu options, and suggest specials with enthusiasm. This role requires accuracy in POS entries, attentive service, and a willingness to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced setting.

Knowledge of alcohol service rules, scheduling apps, and basic math for payments is essential. Training is available for 1–2 years of experience or less for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• 1–2 years of experience preferred, but training is available.
• ABC Certification - DE is required.
• Ability to access online scheduling apps.
• Knowledge of RAS procedures per federal/state laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome to guests and engage in conversation.
• Be knowledgeable about menu options and present them enthusiastically.
• Inform guests of specials and promotions and offer suggestions.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and ensure proper charges.
• Check IDs to confirm minimum age for alcohol service.
• Regularly check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address needs.
• Practice safe food handling and maintain cleanliness at all times.
• Process payments accurately and handle tips and change as needed.
• Bus tables and prepare the table for the next guest; assist with opening/closing duties.
