The role requires upbeat, detail-oriented individuals with excellent communication and multitasking abilities. Evening and weekend availability is a must, with opportunities for growth and advancement within multiple brands.

Qualifications

• Hospitality skills demonstrated through guest interactions and service.
• Excellent attention to detail in order accuracy and billing.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic food/bev procedures.
• Strong conflict management and emotional intelligence.
• Clear, friendly communication with guests and teammates.
• Proven multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid basic math for payments and tips calculations.
• Commitment to a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm welcome and engage guests upon arrival.
• Present menu items knowledgeable and enthusiastically.
• Explain specials, promotions, and answer questions.
• Enter orders accurately into the POS system and transmit to kitchen.
• Verify guest age for alcoholic beverages and ensure compliance.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address requests.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and proper food handling at all times.
• Process guest payments accurately and handle transactions.
• Bus tables and prepare for next guests; assist with closing duties.
• Assist supervision with any additional duties as needed.
