Job summary

High 5 Hospitality LLC is seeking team members for its growing hospitality group across five brands. The Server role centers on delivering memorable dining experiences, guest-focused service, and a welcoming atmosphere.

You will work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely, accurate service while maintaining a friendly environment. Ideal candidates are outgoing, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience or training preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation basics.
• Ability to handle payments and calculate tips.

Responsibilities

• In a timely manner, provide a warm welcome to guests upon arrival and engage in conversation.
• Be knowledgeable about food and beverage options and present them in an informational, friendly, and enthusiastic manner
• Inform guests of specials and/or promotions, answer questions pertaining to the food and beverage menus, and be prepared to make suggestions when asked
• Correctly enter orders into Point of Sale system for transmittal to kitchen staff and in proper sequence and appropriate charges
• Check guest identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
• Regularly check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or additional requests and inform managers as needed
• Practice safe food and bag handling and cleanliness at all times
• Encourage contactless payment in brands where it is available or collect and accurately process guest payments by handling money, making necessary changes, and processing credit card transactions
• Bus tables and ensure table is guest ready for next guest
• Perform shift change and/or opening or closing duties
• Complete additional duties assigned by supervisor
