The Westin Cleveland Downtown is seeking hospitality-focused team members to deliver exceptional guest service and maintain flawless station setup. You will greet guests, take and verify orders, operate the POS system, and deliver beverages and meals with precision.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and guest-relations skills.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
• Ability to operate a POS terminal and handle transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Check station before, during and after shift for proper setup and cleanliness.
• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and explain specials.
• Record and repeat guest orders to ensure accuracy.
• Input orders into the POS system for kitchen execution.
• Deliver orders and beverages with correct condiments.
• Comply with state, federal and corporate requirements for serving alcohol.
