Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group is seeking a Server to greet guests, guide them through our menu, and ensure a memorable dining experience across 30+ locations. You will work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and help maintain excellent service standards.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, staying informed about menu items and dietary needs, handling side work, presenting the bill, processing payments, and reporting gratuities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and monitor guests dining experience to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests promptly and courteously.
• Stay educated on menu offerings and answer questions about food, beverages, dietary restrictions, and restaurant functions and services.
• Perform side work for each shift and maintain service areas throughout the shift.
• Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report gratuities for IRS reporting.
