Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and have at least 1 year of restaurant or relevant experience.
• Able to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and monitor guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service and respond promptly to requests.
• Stay educated on menu offerings and answer questions about food, beverages, dietary restrictions and services.
• Perform side work and maintain service areas during shift.
• Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report gratuities to IRS standards.
