Qualifications

• Be 18 years of age or older and have at least one year of prior restaurant or relevant experience.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Maintain a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing and walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and monitor guests dining experience to ensure satisfaction with food and service.
• Stay educated on menu offerings and answer questions about food, beverages, dietary restrictions, and services.
• Perform side work and maintain service areas during shift.
• Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report gratuities in compliance with IRS standards.
