The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is seeking a Server to provide exceptional guest service in a dynamic dining environment. You will greet guests, explain menu items, handle requests, and maintain clean, efficient service areas throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• One year of restaurant or relevant experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and monitor guests' dining experience to ensure satisfaction and respond to requests.
• Remain knowledgeable about menu offerings and answer questions on food, beverages, and dietary needs.
• Perform side work and maintain service areas during shifts.
• Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report gratuities to IRS standards.
