Job summary

The Indigo Road Hospitality Group (IRHG) is seeking a dedicated Server to deliver memorable dining experiences. You will greet guests, share menu knowledge, and coordinate with team members to ensure excellent service.

Applicants should be comfortable with a fast-paced environment, maintain a friendly demeanor, and handle payments and gratuities professionally. IRHG emphasizes growth and a collaborative team culture across 30+ locations.

Qualifications

• One year of prior restaurant or relevant experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers, employees, and all guests.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Constant standing/walking with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet, and monitor guests dining experience to ensure all are satisfied with food and service, and respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
• Always remain educated on our menu offerings and answer questions about our food, beverages, dietary restrictions and other restaurant functions and services.
• Perform side work for each shift as required and maintain service areas throughout shift.
• Prepare and present final bill, process payment, and report all gratuities received to comply with the IRS standards of reporting income.
