Job summary

Maverick Hotels & Restaurants is seeking a Full-Time Server to manage the complete service lifecycle of food and beverage in our restaurant operations. The role requires strict adherence to service standards, knowledge of menus, and effective guest communication to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving courses, maintaining station cleanliness, assisting with setup for functions, and upholding state regulations and Maverick policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• At least 6 months food & beverage experience.
• Banquet or catering experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of policies and service standards.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Set tables and stations according to standards.
• Greet guests and assist with seating.
• Input orders and service requests accurately.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with function requirements.
