Responsibilities

• Ensure all tables are clean and properly set and assist as needed.
• Maintain excellent communication with servers and assist with table maintenance and beverage delivery.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality.
• Learn to operate the Host Stand.
• Know menu items and preparation methods to answer guest questions.
• Perform opening and closing duties and process payments.
• Be an ambassador with a neat, professional appearance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
