• Provide high-quality food and beverage service to all guests, creating personal connections and a warm dining atmosphere.
• Complete setup, side work, and closing duties to ensure smooth operations each shift.
• Maintain expert knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and garnishes, answering guest questions confidently.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food quality, beverage presentation, and dining experience from first course to final check.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly, safe hotel restaurant environment.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork and reconciliation.
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance as a brand ambassador.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver exemplary hospitality.
