Job summary

Northeast Security Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Hospitality Supervisor for the Boston, MA area. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years security experience, including hospital security, and must pass drug screening and background checks.

The role calls for supervising officers, coordinating with HR, and delivering top-tier guest services while ensuring safety compliance. Work may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience required.
• 2-3 years of previous Security supervisor experience.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Dependable means of transportation.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal).
• High School Diploma/GED Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support assigned security officers to ensure consistent quality service.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with all NES, client, and regulatory standards.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and client concerns, providing professional resolution and documentation.
• Maintain accurate daily activity logs, post orders, and incident reports.
• Monitor and manage attendance, scheduling, and shift coverage.
• Conduct onboarding, coaching, and disciplinary action as needed in coordination with HR and Operations.
• Serve as the point of contact between site management, clients, and NES leadership.
• Ensure officers maintain professional appearance, conduct, and performance.
• Support recruiting and onboarding efforts for new officers as required.
