Job summary

Northeast Security, Inc. seeks a Security Supervisor to oversee security Officers in the Boston, MA area. The position is open for Full-Time and Part-Time schedules with evening and weekend shifts, including Friday and Saturday nights and additional weekend day coverage.

A background, drug screening, and housing history requirements apply. Pay rate ranges from $24.05 to $28 per hour, with 2+ years of security experience preferred and a valid license held for at least 3 years.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Neat and professional appearance.
• Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).
• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a staff of Security Officers, ensuring they stay on task and in full uniform; provide excellent customer service.
• Patrol and monitor multiple premises to detect irregularities or security breaches.
• Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity; maintain detailed reports.
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and fire departments as necessary.
• Operate mobile units and conduct foot patrols of premises.
• Respond to incidents and request assistance as needed; comply with post orders.
