Job summary

East Miami seeks a Security Supervisor to lead on-site security for guests and staff, maintaining a safe environment across our hotel property. You will supervise on-duty personnel, coordinate assignments, and ensure accurate reporting with timely follow-ups.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a supervisory security role, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently and with a team. A Class D license and CPR certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years security experience in a supervisory capacity
• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Class D License and CPR certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-duty security personnel, including dispatcher. Coordinate assignments and brief the day’s activities. Compile information and file written reports
• Patrol hotel property to ensure guest and employee safety and protect assets. Respond to house calls and assist with safety and operations. Initiate and follow up on investigations and document all contacts
• Initiate investigations, write incident and accident reports, monitor progress and ensure follow-up with guests, visitors and staff
• Monitor security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
