Job summary

East Miami is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead on-site security teams and protect guests and colleagues. You’ll oversee daily operations, coordinate assignments, and ensure timely reporting while maintaining a courteous, safety-first environment.

The role emphasizes proactive engagement, strong communication skills, and collaboration with hotel leadership to uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences across all venues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years security experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Class D License and CPR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-duty security personnel and dispatcher; coordinate assignments and file reports.
• Patrol hotel property and assist guests and staff while ensuring safety and operations.
• Initiate investigations and document incidents; monitor follow-ups with guests and employees.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and applicable regulations.
