AN ICON EVOLVED hotel in Miami Beach seeks a Security Officer to uphold a safe environment for guests and colleagues. Under the guidance of the Assistant Director of Security, you will patrol premises, monitor cameras, respond to incidents, prepare written reports and provide first aid or CPR as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in upscale or lifestyle brand hotel preferred.
• Strong reporting, vigilance and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of security guidelines and public safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure guest and employee safety.
• Report irregularities and potential safety issues to supervisor.
• Respond to emergencies and prepare written incident reports.
• Observe and report security concerns with accuracy and timeliness.
• Operate alarm systems and surveillance equipment as needed.
• Provide first aid or CPR when required.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a hospitality context.
• Adhere to company service and operating standards and regulations.
