Job summary

EAST Miami is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead on-site security for guests and team members. You will supervise on-duty personnel, coordinate assignments and file reports in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of supervisory security experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently or with a team. A safety-minded attitude and customer-service focus are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years security experience in a supervisory related capacity.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
• Able to work independently and as a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-duty security personnel, including dispatcher. Coordinate job assignments and ensure that each officer is briefed on the day’s activities. Compile information and file written reports.
• Patrol hotel property to ensure guest and employee safety and protect assets. Assist guests and employees with safety and operations, initiate and follow up investigations.
• Initiate investigations, write incident and accident reports, monitor investigations to timely conclusions and document contacts.
• Monitor security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with internal policies and government requirements.
