Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard guests and associates in a luxury hotel environment. The role emphasizes safety, incident reporting, and proactive service. Prior security experience in a luxury setting is preferred, with CPR/First Aid and Guard Card required.

The position requires vigilance, discretion, and strong communication skills to maintain Montage's high standards of service and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two to three years of Security experience.
• CPR/First Aid certified and ability to present current Guard Card.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of the property and check doors, restricted areas, and safety hazards.
• Respond to guest and associate calls with emergencies prioritized.
• Draft incident reports and maintain logs (key logs, lost and found, group resumes, contractor passes).
• Maintain daily shift logs and pass-down logs.
• Monitor CCTV and security surveillance across grounds.
• Provide associate safety training and resolve hazards daily.
• Communicate updates on incidents as they occur.
• Maintain knowledge of daily property activities and provide professional security presence.
