• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years hospitality experience.
• Experience in resort front desk or Rooms Division is highly desirable.
• Manager-on-duty or decision-support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Security Team, including dispatching, scheduling and safety protocols.
• Foster collaboration with departments to ensure guest service and safety.
• Hire, train, and mentor Security Team members for peak performance.
• Oversee dispatch services for guest and staff transportation.
• Address guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
