Rosewood Hotel Group is seeking an Assistant Security Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the Security Department and support the wellbeing of the hotel community. You will train, coach, and oversee security officers, partnering with departments to maintain safety and exceptional guest experiences.

Reporting to the Senior Security Manager, you will manage audits, access control, and life safety systems, ensuring compliance and a secure environment across property operations.

Formación

• Experience in hotel, hospitality, corporate security, or related security environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily operations of the Security Department to ensure safety and hospitality.
• Review security docs, reports, logs, and records for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage Lost and Found operations: collection, documentation, storage, return, disposal.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits; maintain records.
• Coordinate security onboarding: access control and credentials.
• Maintain employee vehicle registrations and locker databases.
• Liaise with VIP guests and security details with professionalism.
• Monitor life safety systems and respond to emergencies.
