Job summary

Rosewood Miramar Beach is seeking an Engineering Operations Manager to lead daily operation, maintenance, and reliability of facility systems.” The role drives safety, efficiency, and appearance across the property, coordinating with grounds and exterior maintenance teams.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in engineering or facilities management, with 3+ years in supervision, and strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressively responsible experience in engineering, facilities management, or maintenance operations.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, building automation systems, and preventive maintenance practices.
• Demonstrated experience troubleshooting complex facility systems.
• Experience managing contractors and vendor relationships.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operation, maintenance, and repair of all facility systems and equipment.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts involving HVAC, electrical, plumbing, controls, life safety, and utility systems.
• Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize system reliability and asset life.
• Respond to emergency situations and critical equipment failures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
