Job summary

Hotel Equities in Dallas, TX, is seeking a dynamic Director of Sales & Marketing to drive occupancy, revenue, and market share through strategic client development and effective leadership.

In this role, you will partner with hotel operations and revenue teams, manage prospects and proposals, conduct presentations, and represent the property at events and trade shows while delivering exceptional service and measurable results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred for management roles.
• Experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, occupancy, and market-share goals.
• Maintain relationships with current and prospective clients and local partners.
• Prospect for new business; follow up on leads and opportunities.
• Conduct sales calls, tours, presentations, and client meetings as appropriate.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports; coordinate with departments to meet client needs.
• Represent the hotel at community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
