Job summary

Highgate Hotels, LP is offering a Summer 2027 Sales & Marketing Intern position in New York City. This role provides hands-on exposure to the Sales, Revenue Management, Events, and Marketing teams and how these areas collaborate to drive guest experiences and hotel performance.

You will support inquiries, communicate with guests and clients, assist with meetings and events, and gain experience with industry systems including Delphi FDC and Opera while learning day-to-day operations of a hotel's

Qualifications

• 1 year experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Must reside in the market.
• College coursework in related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with all levels of employees and guests.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and email messages; respond accordingly.
• Assist in smooth operation of the office.
• Greet guests/clients/employees as needed.
• Attend meetings/trainings as required by management.
• Work with Delphi FDC and Opera.
• Assist with inquiries and event logistics.
