Qualifications

• 1 year experience in hotel or related field preferred.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone and email messages.
• Assist in smooth operation of the office.
• Greet guests/clients/employees.
• Attend meetings/trainings as required by management.
• Distribute daily change log, resumes, site events, guarantees as requested.
• Work with Delphi FDC and Opera.
