Qualifications

• Previous hospitality, hotel, sales, marketing, events, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support daily sales and marketing operations including administrative coordination and reporting.
• Assist with business transient, group, catering, and corporate sales activities including proposals and lead management.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives, social media support, email marketing, and collateral updates.
• Maintain CRM systems, accounts, and revenue reporting.
• Plan and execute hotel events, client meetings, and partner activities.
