Job summary

Olympia Hospitality is seeking a Sales Manager to drive hotel revenue through proactive group sales and catering opportunities. You will manage the full client journey—from leads to contracting, logistics, room blocks, and on-site servicing through final billing—while supporting local marketing to boost property visibility.

Qualifications

Hotel sales/catering sales and/or hotel experience required.
Management or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

Drive hotel revenue through proactive group sales and meeting/catering business.
Manage the entire client journey—capturing leads, negotiating and contracting, detailing logistics, managing rooming blocks, and delivering high-touch on-site servicing through final billing.
Support local marketing through targeted social media initiatives to increase property visibility.
