Responsibilities

• Identify and solicit new accounts via telemarketing, appointments, tours, cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Advise clients on hotel facilities and services for groups and events.
• Build a client base through direct sales to organizations, associations, and corporate accounts.
• Negotiate food & beverage, space, room rates, and services to meet revenue targets.
• Meet or exceed predetermined sales goals and close contracts per company standards.
• Document solicitation, closing, and communications; conduct hotel and banquet tours.
