Qualifications

• Experience in direct selling and revenue generation in hospitality sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focus on developing new business and growing existing accounts to increase revenue.
• Solicit new business through outside sales calls, area blitzes, prospecting, CVB and brand lead generation, internet research, and competitor analysis.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients through follow-ups, phone calls, and outside sales visits.
• Achieve monthly revenue goals set by management and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Attend trade shows, chamber events, and meetings to represent the hotel and drive opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure consistent service delivery and guest satisfaction.
