Vista Host is seeking a Sales Manager in Round Rock, TX to drive direct sales, build relationships, and develop new business while coordinating with hotel operations to ensure superior guest experiences. Outside calls and industry events will be key components of the role.

The position emphasizes revenue growth for rooms and related F&B services, with a focus on proactive prospecting and strategic market engagement. A dynamic, customer-focused professional is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales with focus on new business development and account growth.
• Knowledge of revenue generation in hospitality industry preferred.
• Proven ability to meet monthly revenue goals.

Responsabilités

• Develop new business while maintaining existing accounts and growing revenue for rooms and F&B.
• Solicit new business through outside sales calls, area blitzes, CVB and brand lead generation.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with clients through follow-ups, calls, and visits.
• Achieve monthly revenue goals set by management.
• Review Group Pick-Up reports and provide clients with reservation updates.
• Prepare weekly sales performance reports.
• Review monthly financials to align sales efforts with budget targets.
• Attend trade shows and events to drive opportunities.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure consistent service delivery and guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
