Job summary

Oxford Suites Sonoma County in Rohnert Park is seeking a dynamic Sales Coordinator to support the sales team with proposals, contracts, and client communications. You’ll help manage group and event bookings, coordinate site tours, and drive revenue through proactive outreach.

The role blends hospitality, marketing, and administrative duties. You’ll research new leads, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with other departments to ensure flawless events from inquiry to stay.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or sales experience is a plus; energy and organization matter

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inquiries and provide information about facilities, services, and rates

• Occasional off-site calls and tradeshow support
