Oxford Suites Sonoma County – Rohnert Park is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. You will handle group bookings, respond to leads, prepare proposals and contracts, and coordinate site tours to ensure guest satisfaction from first contact through their stay or event.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year administrative experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Hospitality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective clients with information about the hotel’s facilities, services, and rates.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate sales appointments and meetings with clients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients, addressing questions and providing necessary assistance.
• Ensure a high level of customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
