Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational secretarial training.
• Previous sales, hospitality, and secretarial experience preferred.

• Strong editing, grammar and punctuation skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer sales office phones when staff are unavailable and respond to inquiries.
• Prepare contracts, proposals and letters; type correspondence and reports.
• Coordinate group and wedding business; follow up within five working days and determine customer needs.
• Communicate with hotel departments to ensure events run smoothly and meet client expectations.
• Maintain well-organized files and develop strong client relationships.
