Job Summary:

We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. As an SDR at Ricavvo, you’ll play a critical role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying leads, setting the stage for our sales team to close deals. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual who thrives on building relationships and wants to grow their career in sales with a competitive base salary and commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential customers through outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, qualify leads, and determine fit for Ricavvo’s products/services.
  • Pipeline Development: Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives by effectively communicating Ricavvo’s value proposition.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities, interactions, and lead statuses in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategies, share insights, and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and Ricavvo’s offerings to effectively position our solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role; no prior experience required for entry-level candidates with strong potential.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort with cold calling, email outreach, and leveraging social platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn. A team player with a positive attitude and a passion for exceeding goals.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus, but not required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory; relevant experience or a demonstrated drive to succeed is equally valued.
