Legacy Ventures is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in reaching monthly and annual targets. You will work with management, clients, distributors, and agents to determine business requirements and ensure focused communication.

The role includes handling administrative duties essential for daily operations and fulfilling company offers, with a strong emphasis on organization and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must have flexible schedule incl. days/evenings/nights, weekends, holidays.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment and stay flexible.
• Team-oriented and able to communicate effectively with guests and staff.
• Self-starting and well-organized with strong written/verbal skills.
• Computer literacy and basic financial management experience.

Responsibilities

• Input group contracts, recaps, room lists and reservations; process commissions, rebates, and rewards.
• Manage sales marketing materials for packaging, advertising and promotion of products/services.
• Support sales team while traveling and assist with logistics of business needs.
• Assist with VIP reservations and packages and coordinate with Reservations.
• Ensure group reservations and rates are detailed and set up before arrival.
• Conduct site visits, property tours, and handle guest requests and mail/faxes.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
• Coordinate activities related to booked business with various departments.
• Support planning of special client events and meet attendance standards.
