• Support sales team with administrative tasks and client communications.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, BEOs, and group resumes.
• Assist with CRM updates, reports, and event planning coordination.
• Respond to basic client inquiries and provide property information.
• Help organize site visits, tradeshows, and marketing materials.
