Job summary

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, is seeking a dependable, service-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team in Hawaii. This role supports hotel operations, delivers exceptional service, and helps our team achieve occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction goals.

The Sales Coordinator will develop client relationships, prospect new business, coordinate with departments, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred for management roles.
• Previous hotel sales, hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-oriented with strong organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients and local business partners.
• Prospect for new business and follow up on leads, inquiries, and opportunities.
• Conduct sales calls, tours, presentations, and client meetings as appropriate.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, correspondence, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with operations, revenue management, catering, and other departments to meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate account, activity, and opportunity information.
• Support sales strategies designed to achieve revenue and market-share objectives.
• Represent the hotel professionally at community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
• Respond promptly to client requests and resolve concerns in partnership with hotel leadership.
• Monitor market conditions and competitive activity and communicate relevant information to leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
