Qualifications

• Experience in hotel sales or sales coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the hotel’s sales team.
• Respond to sales inquiries, prepare proposals, and coordinate group reservations.
• Maintain records of client accounts, sales activities, and group bookings.
• Coordinate group arrivals, rooming lists, and requests with Front Desk, Housekeeping and other departments.
• Support planning and execution of meetings, events, and group functions.
• Ensure sales activities align with Marriott brand standards and company policies.
