Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Sales Coordinator to assist the Sales Department with administrative functions, including phones, filing, and coordinating marketing projects. The role supports catering sales efforts, distributes inquiries to the Sales team, and helps create sales kits.

Ideal candidates will have strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office at an intermediate level or higher.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to organize work, plan multiple activities and meet deadlines.
• Availability for normal business hours and flexibility for additional hours.
• Hospitality sales experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative duties for the Sales Department (phones, filing, inquiries).
• Coordinate marketing/advertising projects and catering sales efforts.
• Distribute inquiries to Sales team and prepare sales kits.
