Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong organization, and good written/verbal communication. Hospitality experience is a plus, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is required; bachelor’s degree and/or previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Experience in hospitality or sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Event Coordination: partner with clients to ensure successful bookings and space arrangements.
• Follow up: gather feedback and discuss opportunities for future events.
• Qualifying Business: understand client needs to meet hotel expectations and close sales.
• Sales Support: assist sales leaders to improve productivity and time spent selling.
• Front Desk Communication: coordinate with front desk to ensure group directives are executed.
