White Lodging Services, Inc. is hiring an Area Sales Coordinator to support our hotel sales team across Chicago-area properties.

You will manage leads, draft group proposals, coordinate bookings, and maintain accurate records in Delphi/CI/TY or similar systems to keep the sales engine humming. Ideal candidates are organized hospitality professionals who communicate clearly with clients and hotel operations, build relationships, and are eager to grow into a Sales Manager role within a

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with hotel sales systems.
• Experience with Delphi or CI/TY is a strong plus.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Route incoming sales leads and draft group proposals.
• Coordinate group bookings from inquiry to confirmation.
• Maintain accurate records in the hotel sales system.
