Job summary

The Lytle Park Hotel, Autograph Collection, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality in Cincinnati, seeks a Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Team with contracts, proposals, and client communications.

You will coordinate meetings, arrange travel, generate reports, and ensure extraordinary guest service by collaborating with other departments. Minimum two years in hotel sales or related roles preferred. CI/TY experience is a plus; strong MS Office skills and professional presence required.

Qualifications

• Two years of hotel sales, convention services, catering or operations experience preferred.
• CI/TY experience preferred.
• Experience in a luxury resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales contracts and proposals; serve as the point of contact for clients.
• Generate reports, gather materials, and coordinate meetings and events.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.
• File important documents, organize the office and share information with key stakeholders.
• Utilize the CI/TY sales automation system per department standards.
• Build relationships with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
