Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Captain / Food & Beverage Supervisor for The Lytle Park Hotel, Autograph Collection in Cincinnati. You will lead banquet events, coordinate with Culinary, Sales, Banquets, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless execution and guest satisfaction.

• Previous banquet, restaurant, or Food & Beverage experience is required.
• Strong leadership and hands-on approach with guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Lead banquet events from setup to completion per event specs and standards.
• Review BEOs and coordinate with Culinary, Sales, Banquets and other departments.
• supervise banquet staff and provide on-the-spot leadership during events.
• Support restaurant and outlet operations when needed and coach team members.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, safety, and operational standards.
