Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists with coordinating all aspects of catering events, including meetings, weddings, banquets, and conferences.
• Communicate with clients to confirm event details (menus, timelines, room setup, guest count).
• Assist in preparing banquet event orders (BEOs) and distribute them to relevant departments.
• Liaise with kitchen, banquet staff, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Assist in menu planning and accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests.
• Maintain detailed records of events, contracts, and client communications.
• Handle last-minute changes or issues professionally and efficiently.
• Support post-event follow-up, including posting banquet charges and collecting deposits.
