Highgate Hotels, a leading real estate investment and hospitality management company, seeks a Sales/Catering Coordinator to assist in clerical, administrative, and marketing duties for Sales/Catering operations at Courtyard Atlantic City.

The role involves handling inquiries, preparing proposals, quotes, and sales orders, and supporting the sales team across daily tasks in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; hotel or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years progressive experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Computer knowledge/skills required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and guests.
• Must multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
• Maintain regular attendance in line with hotel standards.

Responsabilités

• Answer and respond to telephone calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
• Prepare, format, and distribute departmental correspondence and reports.
• Maintain organized filing systems and CRM records.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve customer and sales-related issues.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, sales presentations, and customer-facing documentation.
• Process sales orders and ensure accurate entry of information.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate sales activities and demonstrations.
