Meyer Jabara Hotels is seeking a detail-oriented Analyst to prepare and analyze revenue data, support budgeting, and drive reporting improvements. You will work with Lighthouse, STR/CoStar, and other platforms to monitor performance metrics such as occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.

Competenze

• 1–2 years in hospitality, hotel operations, reservations, revenue management, or related analytics preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, data analysis, and pivot tables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Comfort with technology, reporting platforms, and large datasets.
• Familiarity with Lighthouse, STR/CoStar, or other hotel reporting tools preferred.
• Experience with PMS/CRS or distribution platforms preferred.

Mansioni

• Prepare and maintain recurring revenue reports using Lighthouse, STR/CoStar, and other reporting platforms.
• Collect, organize, and analyze hotel performance data, including occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, booking pace, and pickup trends.
• Assist with weekly and monthly reporting, forecasting, and annual budget preparation.
• Monitor data accuracy and investigate reporting discrepancies.
• Support special reporting projects and analytical requests.
• Assist with loading and maintaining corporate, government, and negotiated rates across hotel reservation and distribution systems.
• Coordinate GDS rate submissions, promotional offers, and brand program enrollments.
• Execute approved pricing and inventory updates under the direction of Revenue Managers.
• Conduct routine audits to ensure rate accuracy, inventory availability, and system consistency.
• Support hotel distribution and revenue technology initiatives.
• Assist with brand and OTA content audits to ensure accurate hotel information and promotions.
• Support participation in digital marketing and demand-generation programs (Koddi, Elevate, TravelAds).
• Review online rate plans and packages for accuracy; coordinate with teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare data and reports for revenue strategy meetings and business reviews.
• Assist with group booking pace analysis and meeting preparation.
• Support forecast and budget data validation, consolidation, and system upload verification.
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and revenue opportunities for Revenue Manager review.
• Collaborate with Revenue Managers, hotel leadership, and sales teams to support departmental initiatives.
• Maintain organized reporting files, documentation, and SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and operational efficiency.
• Provide reporting and operational support during absences and peak activity.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
