Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts, owner of the Marriott Virginia Beach Oceanfront Resort, seeks a revenue analyst to support reservations, rate setup, and market analysis on Virginia Beach's boardwalk. You will assist with group builds, rate auditing, and transient needs while ensuring accurate data entry in the PMS and brand systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Revenue Leaders, processing group lists, and maintaining accurate communications with staff.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience; 1+ year hotel background preferred.
• Brand experience with Marriott, Hilton or Opera/Windsurfer reservations preferred.
• Ability to deal with customers with patience, tact and diplomacy.
• Data entry speed of 40 WPM on a computer keyboard.

Responsibilities

• Provide reservations and revenue management support as assigned.
• Build and monitor group masters, cutoff dates and group cancellations.
• Process and handle group or contract rooming lists in the reservations system.
• Input and retrieve data using a computer reservation system with efficiency.
• Prepare rooms reports to determine sources of business across systems.
• Assist with website audits, commission processing, and reservations transfers.
