Qualifications

• 1–2 years in reservationist/host/guest services, fine dining preferred.
• Experience with reservation platforms such as OpenTable or Resy.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Polished, guest-first demeanor; calm under pressure.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations via phone, email, and online platforms with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide guests with detailed information regarding menus, hours, policies, and special experiences.
• Coordinate seating arrangements in collaboration with the host team and management.
• Maintain and update reservation systems (OpenTable, Resy).
• Handle high-volume inquiries while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.
• Anticipate guest needs, noting special requests, celebrations, and VIP preferences.
• Assist with waitlist management and guest flow during service.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and guest service at all times.
