Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room for service.
• Maintain table cleanliness and steps of service throughout shift.
• Work closely with servers to contribute to a positive dining experience for guests.
• Deliver food, beverages and bread to the guests at their table or bar, as needed.
• Polish glassware and cutlery as directed.
• Prepare and maintain bread station and coffee station.
• Open, close and maintain the dining room and beverage station as needed.
• Be knowledgeable of menu items and cuisine.
• Greet all guests with enthusiasm and friendliness.
• Engage the guests to create positive dining experiences.
• Execute on-going, pre- and post-shift side work.
• Expedite, as needed.
