Responsibilities

• Greet, seat and say goodbye to guests and maintain the flow of the restaurant during service.
• Take and confirm reservations over the phone.
• Be aware of regular guests/VIPs and reservations for every service period.
• Coordinate with front-of-house team to contribute to a positive dining experience.
• Manage coat and bag checking for guests.
